Benign metastasizing leiomyoma is a rare disease entity which is found in middle aged women who underwent hysterectomy or myomectomy for the treatment of benign leiomyoma. A 45-year-old woman with history of myomectomy was referred to our hospital with incidental finding of multiple lung nodules in her chest radiography. We also found multiple uterine myomas, ovarian cystic tumor and malignant thyroid cancer. Percutaneous needle biopsy of lung nodule was done for pathologic confirm. Finally she was diagnosed as having uterine myoma and benign metastasizing leiomyoma in her lung and malignant papillary thyroid cancer and mucinous cystadenoma in her ovary. Total thyroidectomy, hysterectomy, and left salpingo oophorectomy were done. The lung lesion has been followed up for over a year and there is no remarkable change. Herein, we report a case of benign pulmonary metastasizing leiomyoma with review of literatures.
